What is an EXIF injector?+
An EXIF injector writes metadata — keywords, titles, descriptions, GPS, copyright — directly into image files. The data travels with the file and is readable by search engines, stock platforms and DAMs. ExifInjector injects EXIF, IPTC and XMP simultaneously.
Is IPTC the same as EXIF?+
No. EXIF is technical camera data (make, exposure, GPS). IPTC is editorial data (keywords, caption, credit, copyright). XMP is Adobe's extensible layer (title, description, custom fields). The injector writes all three.
Does injecting metadata change image quality?+
No. Metadata is stored in the file container, separate from pixel data. Injecting keywords or titles does not recompress or alter the visual image. Technical behavior can vary by format and processing method.
Does Google penalize AI-generated keywords?+
