This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made on Exif Injector (exifinjector.com), operated by NOVA IMPACT LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16126510, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store your full payment card details.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases of any paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Business). If you are not satisfied with Exif Injector for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. No questions asked.
To request a refund within this period, contact us at [email protected] with your account email address and we will process your refund promptly.
This 7-day guarantee applies to:
- First-time subscriptions to the Starter plan
- First-time subscriptions to the Pro plan
- First-time subscriptions to the Business plan
- Both monthly and annual billing cycles
The 7-day guarantee applies only to your initial purchase. It does not apply to subscription renewals, plan upgrades, or resubscriptions after a previous cancellation.
2. After the 7-Day Period
After the initial 7-day period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional situations:
- Extended service unavailability: If Exif Injector has been substantially unavailable or non-functional for a prolonged period due to issues on our end
- Billing errors: If you have been charged incorrectly or billed for a plan you did not authorise
- Duplicate charges: If your payment method has been charged more than once for the same billing period

3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access to all paid features until that date
- No further charges will be applied after the current period ends
- No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining unused portion of the current billing period
We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to ensure the cancellation is processed before the next charge.
4. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, the 7-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of the first charge. If you cancel an annual subscription after the 7-day period, no refund will be issued, but you will retain access to Exif Injector until the end of your annual billing period.
5. Automatic Renewals
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). The 7-day money-back guarantee does not apply to automatic renewals.
If you wish to avoid being charged for a renewal, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date. We do not currently send renewal reminder emails, so we encourage you to note your renewal date in your account settings.
6. Free Tier
Exif Injector offers a free tier with limited usage. No payment is required for the free tier, and no refund situation arises. If you upgrade from the free tier to a paid plan, the 7-day guarantee begins on the date of your first charge.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion removes your profile and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Account deletion does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to request a refund, please do so before deleting your account.
8. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for refunds to credit or debit cards
- 5–10 business days for refunds via other payment methods
The exact processing time depends on your bank or financial institution.
9. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in temporary suspension of your account pending investigation.
10. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). By purchasing a subscription and using the service immediately, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been accessed or used. Our 7-day money-back guarantee exists independently of and in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If the changes are material, we will notify registered users by email. Your existing subscription terms at the time of purchase continue to apply for the duration of that billing period.
